The tennis lessons, based on the program, have two sections, one for athleticism and fitness, and one for tennis itself. In the red program, the program designed for younger kids, the main focus is to have the kids make their first steps in tennis. In the Green, Black and White Program, there is half an hour of fitness to improve the physical development of the kids. This section can take place at the beginning or at the end of each lesson.

The lessons at the HOA are recreational, but we rely on our highly committed coaches who will get the most out of each player.
