For weekly group clinics, it is required a minimum of 48-hour notice in case of regular absences that are not due to the following:

Injury – Doctors Note Required

Sickness – Doctors Note Required

Death In the Family – Proof Required

In the cases above, make-up lessons will be granted provided the relevant documentation is provided (see above). 

For private lessons, a minimum of 24-hour notice is needed, that must be communicated to the private lesson coach in the mentioned time frame.
